Ah yes...that sense of hypervigilance to someone else's needs while ignoring my own is familiar.

…ying to tap into my inner voice and sense of self-advocacy, than it is to be isolated and rejected. It’s much easier to read, and become, the room than it is to try to read my own instincts.
