I've been experiencing rolling burnouts for the past two years or so and I figure the only way out is to take an extended break from work which I'm going to do from next month. As an autistic person, alone time is so vital to wellbeing. It frustrates me when people aren't supported by others in their lives to have this, like it's some kind of indulgent luxury or something.
