Thank you for exploring this and providing an alternative to the way this term is thrown around. I see it as primarily a way of silencing a woman who challenges the behavioural norms expected of women. Too much emphasis is on the woman complaining and how she expresses it and not enough on the issues she is legitimately drawing attention to. I'm 52 years old and late diagnosed AuDHD and I am absolutely done with people-pleasing and sucking it up to safeguard other people's comfort.
