Thanks for reading it so we don't have to! It's really quite embarassing isn't it? That an organisation that is so fundamentally flawed thinks it can redeem itself with a few cosmetic flourishes. Unfortunately I see echoes of this kind of business model in many 'autistic' organisations. What rankles most with me as an autistic adult looking for support is the assumptions made about who I am and what I need based on a narrow and stereotypical understanding of autism. It's tokenistic, condescending and insulting.
